2025 Neighborhood Council Elections. Vote by Mail. Details on how to get your ballot for the Atwater Village NC Election.

Vote-By-Mail Application period to apply for a ballot to vote for the Atwater Village Neighborhood Council Board will remain open until April 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.  We thank you for participating!!!

Election Day is April 29, 2025. All ballots must be received by the City Clerk by May 9th and must be postmarked no later than the Election Date April 29, 2025.

Any stakeholders interested in voting must complete a Vote-By-Mail application online using the NC Portal or complete and download a fillable paper application here.

(Please note you can now receive ballot applications at our local neighborhood library. They are net to the check out and have prepaid envelopes available).
